  • Rosemont HOA 2026 Quarterly Assessments

    The 2026 dues for Rosemont Homeowners Association, Inc. will be $1,636.00 per quarter (to include the $550 road assessment and $1,086 regular assessment). Quarterly payments are due on the 1st day of January, April, July, and October.
