Ray at Claridge Owners Association Inc. is a North Carolina non-profit corporation located in Town/City and comprised of 10 homes. The Association owns, manages, and maintains the community’s common areas, landscaped green spaces, and other shared facilities. The Association enforces the Declaration, Bylaws, and adopted policies to help maintain community standards and protect the interests of all members. PPM provides full management services to the association.
