Sanctuary at Yates Mill is a North Carolina non-profit corporation located in Raleigh and comprised of 93 homes. The Association owns, manages, and maintains the community’s common areas.  The Association enforces the Declaration, Bylaws, and adopted policies to help maintain community standards and protect the interests of all members. PPM provides full management services to the association.
