SUBJECT: OPTIONAL: Group-Rate Trash Bin Cleaning Service - now available in your community!

Dear Homeowner,

We are pleased to share a new optional service now available to residents in your community: Trash Bin Cleaning

Unison Community Services is offering professional trash bin cleaning at exclusive community group-rate pricing. By coordinating services throughout the community, Unison is able to provide homeowners with a convenient and affordable way to keep trash and recycling bins cleaner, fresher, and more sanitary. Participation is completely voluntary, and homeowners may choose whether or not to enroll.

Why Trash Bin Cleaning Matters
Reduces Odors:
Professional cleaning removes the residue and buildup responsible for many unpleasant trash bin odors.
Helps Reduce Bacteria and Germs:
Food waste, leaks, and everyday trash can leave behind bacteria and unsanitary residue inside your bins.
Helps Deter Insects and Pests:
Cleaner bins are less attractive to flies, maggots, ants, and other pests searching for food residue.
Saves You Time and Hassle:
Skip the hose, scrubbing, and dirty wastewater. Unison handles the cleaning, sanitizing, and deodorizing for you.

How the Program Works
- Service is available at pre-set group-rate pricing.

- Homeowners may enroll at any time.
