Oakhall Community Association is a North Carolina non-profit corporation located in Holly Springs, NC and comprised of 495 homes . The Association owns, manages, and maintains the community’s common areas, including the pool, pool house, playground, picnic shelter, dog park, basket ball court and landscaped green spaces. The Association enforces the Declaration, Bylaws, and adopted policies to help maintain community standards and protect the interests of all members. PPM provides full service management services to the association.
